MityLite acquired other furniture manufacturers and needed to distinguish a corporate brand, thus MITY Incorporated was born.

MITY Inc. became the corporate umbrella to four well established brands (MityLite, Holsag, Bertolini, XpressPort, and Broda) with offices and factories in Utah, Missouri, Tennessee, and Ontario, Canada.
